Yeah, sorry but apparently I have indeed been under a metaphorical rock as of late. Unfortunately, my free internet connection, stable for more than a year now, is no longer. Sigh. A moment of silence please. I'll return post haste. Furthermore, I've just about tweeked a new Buenos Aires-centric redesign of CecilWebster.com as well as (finally) putting up a photo gallery of the aforementioned city. Small consolation, I know.
